The journey of my American Dream began in December 2004, after I was transferred for my graduate study from University of Southampton, UK to University of Nevada in Reno. Prior to creating the Sun Cal Team at Keller Williams, I have also worked at Coldwell Banker, Nestlé – a Fortune 500 food and beverage company, as well as furniture, fixture and equipment (FFE) industry. After my graduation with Master’s Degree in Economics in 2007, I have devoted a significant number of years of my career in building and construction industry, and played a key role in supply management for several major construction and renovation projects for Venetian Casino, Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and certain regional residential builders. Throughout the process, I have built up a solid expertise in various building materials, from fabrics, natural and artificial stones, to wooden furniture and fixtures, which gives me a unique inside understanding of property values.
